Message from Chairman Apvea Punjab®Union Punjab

Dear employees of VTIs,

As the chairman of the Apvea Punjab®Union Punjab, I am honored to have the opportunity to speak to you today. I know that you are all hard-working and dedicated employees, and I am grateful for your contributions to the success of VTIs.

I know that the past few years have been challenging for everyone, but I want to assure you that we are all in this together. The Apvea union is here to support you and to fight for your rights. We are committed to ensuring that you have a safe and healthy work environment, that you are compensated fairly, and that you have the opportunity to advance your careers.

I know that we are all working hard in a challenging time, and I want to thank you for your dedication and commitment. You are the ones who make our workplace a positive and productive environment. know that it can be difficult to stay motivated when things are tough. But I encourage you to keep your eyes on your goals. When you are feeling discouraged, remind yourself of your accomplishments. Think about all the times you have overcome challenges and exceeded expectations. You are capable of great things. I also want to encourage you to support each other. We are all in this together. When one of us succeeds, we all succeed. Be there for each other to offer encouragement and advice. Celebrate each other's successes.

I also want to remind you of the importance of your work. VTIs is a vital part of the Pakistani economy, and the services you provide are essential to the well-being of our citizens. You are the ones who keep our roads and bridges safe, our water clean, and our energy flowing. You are the ones who build the schools and hospitals that our children and families rely on.

I am proud of the work that you do, and I am confident that together, we can overcome any challenge that comes our way. Thank you for your service to VTIs and to Pakistan.

Here are some specific things that you can do to stay motivated in your work:

• Take breaks when you need them, and don't be afraid to ask for help
